Account and Operations Coordinator. Basically, a little bit of everything! I’m the one creating content calendars, keeping an eye on our system automations, and tackling whatever unexpected projects pop up.

What’s the best part of working at GoldenBird?

The total autonomy. I love having the freedom to work whenever and however I want. But the real best part? Getting to work alongside my sister and my comadre every single day.

That it’s just a digital playground. Let’s be real: social media is a powerful, primary sales channel.

What’s the best piece of advice you’d give a business owner about their social media?

Consistency is everything. You need a reliable posting cadence, a cohesive visual aesthetic, and a defined brand tone. If your feed looks messy or chaotic, people aren’t going to follow, interact, or connect with you.

How did you get into social media?

I’ve been fully immersed in social media since day one of my marketing career. When you start out in a digital marketing agency, it becomes your entire world right out of the gate!

What’s something people would be surprised to know about you?

I love the cozy side of life, including cooking and homemaking, and I dream of being a mom one day. But at the exact same time, I am deeply ambitious. I fully intend to be a corporate powerhouse, like a CMO or Marketing Manager for a major global corporation. You can absolutely do both!

What’s your go-to order at a coffee shop?

An Iced Caramel Macchiato with extra caramel. (Yes, I have a massive sweet tooth).

El Planeta de Alofoke. It’s a Dominican reality show, and I am completely obsessed! 😂
